Background

Bill Parler practices in the circuit and appellate courts in Maryland and District of Columbia, where he has handled a wide array of complex litigation and appellate matters. His philosophy is aggressive defense of clients, with the goal of reducing or eliminating claims via thorough investigation, discovery and dispositive motions prior to trial. Bill has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Prior to law school, Bill worked for a large insurance carrier handling insurance coverage issues.
